every time in novosibirsk we stay in this hotel. lots of supplies in the room: central heating and a writing desk. the casual restaurant in the venue is good. there was a gym, which was well equipped.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Siberia and had a great experience. the hotel offered excellent value for money, with reasonable prices for the rooms. Secondly, the staff were attentive to detail and provided great service throughout my stay. I was particularly impressed with the reception staff, who were competent and helpful. Additionally, the hotel's central location in the city center made it convenient for exploring the area.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was a great experience.

Great experience! the hotel is conveniently located, with shops and restaurants only a short walk away. the breakfast buffet was included and offered a good selection of food, ensuring my mornings began on a positive note. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with large flat screen TV and fast Wi-Fi connection.

The shower tended to flood the bathroom floor, which was frustrating. the rooms were sometimes too hot, forcing me to open the windows, despite being in Siberia.

Convenient Location, Friendly Staff, Good Breakfast

The hotel is situated in a great spot near all the new constructions and is convenient to railway and all major sights. Staff is cheerful and speaks great English, making communication easier. Breakfast was substantial, with lots of choices available. it was served efficiently with a good crowd rather than the usual breakfast rush.

The heating system in my room during winter was really poor, and the room was cold for the most part. , the facilities are a little outdated and could use an upgrade.

The room was clean, staff helpful, convenient location, delicious on-site restaurants, occasional free upgrade.

The hotel was perfect for us. We loved the location which was near to the airport and public transportation. Also, there were many restaurants nearby which made it easy for us to choose where to eat. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities, as well as the tasty breakfast provided. The staff also went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

As a light sleeper, I appreciated the short walk to and from the station, the comfortable and clean rooms, and the great window view. The hotel's smorgasbord breakfast was delicious and either included in the room price or available for an extra 500 roubles. The English-speaking staff at reception were helpful and friendly, and the hotel's location in the city center made it easy to explore Novosibirsk. Additionally, I found it convenient to use Uber for transportation, with most rides costing less than $5.

Felt like part of the family, no complaints.
